Refund/Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Due to the digital nature of our products, the StepFIVE40 is not able to accept returns. All sales are final. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. So if you encounter any issue with one of our files within the 30 day refund policy period, please contact us right away. We will try our best to fix the problem and provide you with a new file. If we are unable to fix the issue, we will offer a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your issue must be with our delivered files, such as corrupted files or missing components. We cannot offer refunds due to issues with software or hardware on your own system. Before making a purchase, please carefully read the product details to ensure compatibility.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
