What file type are your CNC designs?
Our CNC design files are in clean DXF, SVG and PDF files formats. These file formats are the most commonly used for CNC Plasma, CNC Waterjet, CNC Fiber Laser and CNC Routers and Lasers.
Downloading
Are your designs instantly Downloadable?
YES, upon completing your purchase you will be immediately provided a download link to your CNC design product(s). You will also be emailed a link to your CNC download(s). If you don’t receive your downloads, wait 15 minutes. You may also want to check your email spam folder. If you still haven’t received your purchase, please contact us.
I need a new download link because I lost my link, my computer broke and I lost all my files, etc.
If you lose your download link, simply login to your StepFIVE40 account to download any of your purchased CNC designs within 45 days of your purchase. After that point, it is our policy not to provide new download links. We suggest that you backup your files in the cloud or on an external device for safety.
Licensing
What license applies to StepFIVE40 CNC design files?
Our design files can be used to make your own finished physical product(s) to sell. However, we ask that our files themselves not be resold, shared, or distributed in any way. This includes modifying our designs and redistributing, selling, or sharing the design.
- You are not purchasing the right to resell, share and/or claim copyrights to the digital file you purchased.
- StepFIVE40 retains full ownership of the file for resale purposes.

Returns/Refunds
Do you accept returns/issue refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, the StepFIVE40 is not able to accept returns. All sales are final.
However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. So if you encounter any issue with one of our files within the 30 day refund policy period, please contact us right away at. Please view our Refund/Returns Policy for more details on eligible refunds.
